I have been doing business with Tapia for many years. Great service. Great quality. Best trim shop in High Point. I wouldn't go anywhere else for interior trim work.

If you own a Ford Explorer 2014 and had armrests issues do not Tapia's repair them, They do a sorry job.

Company has the worst customer service I've seen. Ordering a seat from them is beyond frustrating. I tried to order a seat from them that was on sale as an In stock unit that was already made. They did not want to honor their own sale price they had advertised. I showed them the price they told me and she blamed the other sales rep and said they'd have to call tapia.They proceeded to send me an invoice for the sale price but then raised the price of the shipping Hopeing i wouldn't notice . When I called them out on it they became very rude and snotty with me and said it was one or the other , I asked what they meant by that and was told bye have a Great day sir. What kind of snotty response is that to someone who's trying to buy a seat from you for the first time . I wasn't asking for a discount , just for them to honor the price they had listed on their own website !! Their response was we Cant control what's on our website !! If they don't control what's on their website then who does exactly?? They claimed the website wasn't charging enough for shipping so they had to raise it up on the invoice they sent me..Apparently since they don't know how to fix their website the customers
